Watercress gets its name from the fact that it likes to grow in stream beds with flowing water. We grow watercress in volcanic soils suitable for your flowing water culture. We are also proud to be the first and only watercress grower in Turkey. Watercress, which has by far the highest protein value among leafy vegetables, also has a wonderful, slightly spicy, peanut-like taste. Once you meet watercress, you will be addicted. Containing a record amount of protein, 2.4 g per 100 grams, watercress also contains potassium, calcium, magnesium, vitamins A, K, and folic acid .
