Cress sprouts are almost one of the first greens to sprout because they grow very quickly and easily. Its taste is sharp and spicy, just like its big brother, cress. While the first leaves (cotyledons) of many plants have 2 arms and are almost the same shape, the first leaves of cress have 6 arms and resemble a small firework. Contains Vitamins A, B9, C, E, K  An explosive health firecracker with Biotin (B7), Folic acid, iron, Molybdenum, Calcium and Carotene .
